Separate the markup multiplier on usage for phones into two, one for markup on the phone numbers (monthly fee) and one for the markup on phone usage (SMS and call time)

Bumping this - it's not great with the current setup.
Separating the markup for the monthly phone number fee and the actual voice usage is important
Currently if we want to make a markup on the usage it pushes up the monthly price of the phone numbers which isn't great
