With the introduction of Voice AI and the need to create multiple agents in order to create a solution for a client AND each agent needs to have its own phone number this is CRITICAL. I don't want to penalize my client because I had to purchase 10 new numbers in order to build out a Voice AI solution. ALSO phone numbers create "stickability" so why wouldn't I give them away at cost and rather make my money on usage?
