Rotate messages across a pool of numbers (text blasting)

Carriers start blocking text messages if you send too many from the same number in a 24 hour period. The limit is 150-200 per day. We need the ability to create groups of numbers and add those groups to specific campaigns. When the sms events fire, it rotates through the all the numbers in that group.

Same problem with cold calling. We would need a feature to automatically rotates local numbers to help manage number reputation while dialing at scale. (Number Rotation)
