Enable Ring All For Number Pool Numbers. Set up the feature in the same way as standard 1-number. See pics below.
Bonus Request:
Enable User Call routing based on "User Availability" in User Settings. See pic below.
Example: RING All: Person 1 - Open Availability Person 2 - Only available on Mondays

Our call center staff will grow well beyond the 7 or 10 limitations. We need incoming calls to go to all persons. I love the idea that the calls looks at the users availability and automatically makes them available to receive calls; however, the user needs to override this in case they are working on one of their off days.
