This is a to be added A.S.A.P I really dont understand how you can offer a recording service without the option to pause recording half way through a call. Surely this is a big breach in GDPR Laws and Confidentiality for everyones clients world wide, Been asking for this to be added for over a year.

Wow! Just realised that you can't delete a call recording!! And you can't pause it during a call either Shaun Clark Please have a look. Credit card info on phone calls has to be removed and there is no way to do that, other than using a different number to call for such purposes!

Having the ability to pause the recording during a call is absolutely essential for nearly all of our calls. Especially around receiving payment information.
