Offer Call Transfer Feature

Anyone who uses this system to pre-qualify a lead and then transfer to call (blind or warm) needs the call transfer feature and currently needs to use RingCentral or other system...which takes away all the reporting capability of the system and moves it over to another company's software.

Bro, are you freaking serious... Sales & Marketing, how come we can't transfer calls to different users inside the system? It's MUST MUST-HAVE FEATURE if you have at least 2 employees using the system.

yes if you have a number ringing multiple staff then the person who answers might not have the expertise needed to answer the query so needs to transfer the call to a staff member who does so would be very useful
