I would like to submit a feature request regarding telephony integration inside GoHighLevel.

Currently, adding phone numbers typically requires integration through Twilio. We would like the ability to add and use SIP trunk numbers directly within GoHighLevel without relying on Twilio.

Requested Feature:

Allow direct configuration of SIP trunk credentials inside GoHighLevel

Support adding SIP trunk numbers natively

Enable inbound and outbound calling using external VoIP/SIP providers

Provide routing and call handling similar to existing Twilio-based numbers

Reason for Request:

Many clinics and businesses already use dedicated VoIP providers and SIP infrastructure. Direct SIP trunk support would:

Reduce dependency on third-party intermediaries

Lower operational costs

Improve flexibility for international telephony setups

Allow easier integration with existing PBX systems

This feature would significantly improve scalability and usability for businesses operating outside Twilio-supported regions or using custom telecom providers.

Please let me know if this feature is already planned or if there is any beta program we can join to test similar functionality.
