Landline numbers to be eliminated automatically from missed call text back

At this moment, SMS is trying to send a ton of messages to landline which ends up being rejected (wasted money) and also creates a DND (messes up reputation). It will be great to have a system where they can eliminate the landlines automatically and only text back to mobile.
