IVR with number pools

One of the most important times we need the IVR feature is when someone calls from the website which uses a number pool. Without this functionality the IVR feature loses half its value.

We urgently need this feature. Most of our calls come through the number pools on our landing pages, and it’s critical that they are routed through a call tree to ensure no calls are missed. Is there any workaround?

I ended up buying a Twilio number. I forward the number pool to the Twilio number. Then, within Twilio, I forward that number to my main number in GHL. This is a bit of a pain, but it works.

Agreed. IVR and conversion tracking combined allows for higher quality leads and conversion data back to ad networks to optimize. For example, press 1 for sales, press 2 for existing customers... and only fire the conversion on press 1. Then your Google ads campaign can optimize for new customers.

Since we cannot forward number pool calls to LC phone numbers, it should be possible to utilize "In Number pool" as a filter in the IVR trigger.
