IVR with number pools

One of the most important times we need the IVR feature is when someone calls from the website which uses a number pool. Without this functionality the IVR feature loses half its value.

Agreed. IVR and conversion tracking combined allows for higher quality leads and conversion data back to ad networks to optimize. For example, press 1 for sales, press 2 for existing customers... and only fire the conversion on press 1. Then your Google ads campaign can optimize for new customers.

Since we cannot forward number pool calls to LC phone numbers, it should be possible to utilize "In Number pool" as a filter in the IVR trigger.
