Ronak Jindal thanks, can we transfer calls too? such as If my VA calls a customer and wanted to pass/connect the call to our office number? So VA calls from GHL number to a lead, lead is happy to further discuss and VA now wants to connect this call to Office, is that possible.

Now we need the ability for the IVR to forward to the users leadconnector app instead of having to forward to a number outside of GHL. Clay Toma omg we were just about to start building this out for one of our main clients... yeah... definitely want to keep the call inside GHL... however, the call would still be recorded... probably the only feature lost would be the ability to patch the call to a second party.. which would be usefull but not a deal breaker for most small businesses

100% ON THIS!!! Just had a client request it and it's a GREAT idea! If we can set this up so it basically live transfers the leads without a telemarketer that would be excellent. Would make the CRM easier to sell to lenders at least. ;)
