IVR - Ring on BOTH "Web App" & "Mobile App"
I am having an issue where I absolutely cannot get the phone calls to ring to the GoHighLevel Web-App.
Ideally I would like to see the incoming calls ring to BOTH the "Web App" & "Mobile App", but for right now, can someone please fix that the phone calls are not ringing to the Web App at all.
I've already had a GHL Technician check all of my settings, and nothing is missing as far as we can tell.
I have tested this on two completely different Agency Accounts Sub-Accounts, so it's not an account or sub-account specific issue.

Ronak Jindal I don't believe this enhancement was actually completed. We were looking to be able to ring BOTH at the same time. I believe this is a response to this FAQ in the Help Docs:
"What happens if I want to choose multiple channels?
Currently only a single option is given as a default channel. Staff member can only pick one channel. The ability to select multiple channels is not available right now. "

A GHL rep told me that If you use IVR it does not ring through the web or mobile app, and recommended adding that to the idea's list if its a feature I wanted. I found this when I went to do that and voted for it.

Adam Burke Be a bit more appreciative man 🤣 They have lots of functions and some are harder to develop than others. We are requesting tons of features.

This is essential. We can't use the IVR feature and create a proper phone tree without these calls coming through the apps instead of through the default phone app. Our agents use their own phones and need to be able to distinguish which calls are for work and which aren't.

Same problem here. Call connect feature only ring mobile App but not web app for selected users.

Yes! I noticed it only works on one or the other but not both. If I am not at my desk - I want to answer it on my phone but only if I am not sitting at at computer. Right now - I don't have that option
