I have a partner who is not with GHL who sent an introduction text to a prospective client and me. Unfortunately, the way GHL is set up, you can't have group texts. That is required for lead generation when they introduce us to new prospects through text. Please fix this immediately!

Same issue here. We lose leads when partners try to loop us into group intros and the messages just disappear into the void. Having to ask people to text us separately kills the momentum of warm introductions.

yes, we need the ability for people to add us to a group chat and still get the text message!

This would be really helpful. I feel like it could work in relation to the associated contacts feature. So that way in a workflow, you could send the message to the contacts connected to an individual custom record. We have insurance policies, so send a text message to the people associated with the policy that are over 18 for example.

Yes! We get asked for this constantly. Right now we have to create separate campaigns or manually send to each contact which is painful.

Fought that for a long time and drove me nuts! From what I have been told by GHL there isn't a fix. I bought Linq Blue and ported my line to them. Use it as a seperate tab for group texts and then can toggle to GHL for individual convos. Still integrates for automations. Also bubbles show as blue and no need for the obligatory line that talks about opting out.
Doesn't work well for text blasts.
