Add the ability for users to escalate a phone call or conversation into a video call directly from HighLevel, without the contact needing to log in or install anything.

What it would look like:

A "Start Video Call" button in the Conversations view and on the contact record that sends the contact a one-tap link (SMS or email) opening a browser-based video call. No account, no login, no app download on the customer side.

On iOS, a FaceTime option that launches FaceTime with the contact's number and logs the call back to the contact record.

Video calls tracked like phone calls: duration, timestamp, rep, and a call recording/transcript attached to the contact timeline.

Optional workflow triggers (call completed, call missed) and a "video calls" metric in reporting.

Why:

Sales reps and support teams regularly hit the point in a phone call where showing beats telling: walking a customer through a product, confirming a delivery location, troubleshooting an issue. Moving to video in that moment increases conversions, builds credibility, and cuts down on miscommunication.

Why the current Meetings feature doesn't cover this:

HighLevel Meetings requires the customer to log in to join, which kills the "let's just switch to video" moment. Customers won't create an account mid-call. A frictionless, no-login join link is the whole point.
