I've been working hard to ensure my audio is crystal clear for calls. I'm already using a dedicated noise-canceling headset, and I've fine-tuned both my laptop settings and the audio in platforms like Zoom, which work perfectly. However, I'm running into a persistent issue specifically with the GHL phone system. Since it lacks audio enhancement features or background noise reduction options, my clients are still hearing distracting background noise. This is a significant challenge, as it directly impacts client satisfaction. Could we please explore adding this as a feature? Without it, we risk frustrating our clients during these critical conversations.
