Call Whisper to IVR

We need call Whisper feature to be added to the IVR workflow currently it seems that it's only available without the IVR

Please please please put this on the roadmap! You made it so that it is necessary to use Lead Connector instead of Twilio directly and now the Whisper is a feature that can't be used. It's really bad!

Shaun Clark, this is a symptom of the fundamental issue with the MVP model.
We all love the call whisper feature of the basic phone configuration. When you launched the IVR you should have assumed we would want all those existing features. We shouldn't have to ask again for the "enhancement."

Srikanth Chellaboina this is critical when using the phone system it's really making it almost obsolete without it as we don't know where the call is coming from so we can use the IVR

White-glove onboarding a new client. Tested out their new phone# and they loved it, especially the whisper message. Asked questions to determine if they want IVR set up and they loved that even more. Set it all up and then realized the Call Connect action does not have a Whisper Message option at this time. Ouch!

I opened a ticket with GHL support to resolve this, they said they are looking into it. Since you can't forward the call to different numbers, I have set up an IVR, all good but the whisper or the call recording message is not working when IVR is triggered, we really need this resolved!

Fernando Vazquez yes, it's really weird that they do not have this option. It's such a basic IVR feature.

This is a massive issue. If you need IVR, you likely need the whisper message as well. This problem has caused quite a few issues with clients being unaware that the calls they're receiving are from my High Level system. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
