Call Waiting for inbound calls needed!

Currently there's a major critical limitation to GHL phone system. When on a call, and if someone else calls the number while I'm occupied with a call, there is no way to have that call ring or a notification to know that someone else is calling. This would be majorly helpful.

Just got 2 requests for this from clients today. What other solutions are there?

Can anyone please provide any updates on the call queue functionality? It's been showing as coming soon for ages now, and still, there is no timeline of when we can expect this to be enabled. Thanks

Our clients constantly ask why calls go straight to voicemail when we're already on a call with someone else. Makes us look unprofessional honestly.

Yeah very surprised this is not a thing yet

We encounter this as well. We run our callcenter through Gohighlevel and we can't ring our callcenter reps when for example someone else has their phone on do not disturb. So this is a very URGENT issue. I don't know how GHL did not fix this before - this is such a self explanatory issue and I think most people don't even realize this happens.

I noticed when I initiate a call in the mobile app, then I can conference or transfer that call. When I receive a call in the mobile app, NONE of those options exist. Would really like to see all of this basic functionality fixed.

Surely there must be an active thread for this already.
Its a massive limitation that GHL cannot deal with more than one call at a a time, and cannot redirect when busy to other LC phone numbers. It is currently impossible to setup (or even emulate) any kind of multi line office phone system... surely this must have come up in the past?
