Would love to see all notes (including call notes) IN THE ACTIVITY FEED - instead of in the separate side panel. It makes it easier to get a holistic view of the relationship with the contact when everything is in one place.

Yes please. Having a note for the "Outbound Call" and "Inbound Call" entry would add critical context.

As it stands, writing a separate note for each call is unnecessarily complex.

Yes, notes for communications are vital. Especially when you have multiple employees managing the same list of contacts.
