Browser DND Mode During Appointments

When users have scheduled appointments or live calls with clients, incoming browser-based phone calls can disrupt the meeting. This interruption affects professionalism, causes distractions, and makes it difficult to manage client interactions smoothly.
Proposed Solution:
Introduce a Browser Do Not Disturb (DND) Mode that automatically activates during scheduled appointments. While in DND mode:
-Incoming browser calls are muted or redirected (to voicemail, another team member, or mobile app if available).
-Users receive a notification after the appointment that a call was missed, with the option to return the call.
-An indicator (such as a toggle or icon) is visible in the browser to show that DND is enabled.
Key Benefits:
-Prevents interruptions during client meetings.
-Enhances professionalism and client experience.
-Gives users better control of communications without needing to log out or disable phone features entirely.
-Syncs with the calendar for automation (DND turns on automatically when an appointment starts and off when it ends).
Optional Enhancements:
-Ability to customize DND behavior (send to voicemail, forward to another number, silence only).
-Manual toggle to turn on/off DND outside appointment times.
