We are in the process of completing A2P verification using an EIN; however, the system is still requesting a picture ID in order to purchase phone numbers. Many of our clients are not technically skilled and may struggle with this step on their own.

It would be extremely helpful to allow verification through the previous process, such as:

Using EIN verification as the primary option

Allowing agencies to submit the required documents on behalf of clients

Either of these options would greatly simplify the process for customers who are not tech-savvy and ensure a smoother onboarding experience.
