Within android, allow leadconnector and HL to be selected as the default phone/dialer app.

You have to request the dialer role using RoleManager.

This would allow for us to use the app on android deskphones and on smartphones without a simcard by default. It would also enable the use of other apps like phone contacts, google contacts, live phone links etc directly in the leadconnector app instead of opening the phone dialer every time.
