Clients are asking for their phones to not ring outside their working hours, like 2AM, and would like the call forwarding to not ring their phones during this time. This can be achieved in a few ways by adding schedules for call forwarding, adding schedules for voicemail answering (go direct to voicemail during scheduled hours), and Voice AI (immediate answer during scheduled hours).
I believe all three of these options should be added for call forwarding, voicemail and Voice AI so that clients can select which option works best for their use case.
