Ability to Assign Multiple Phone Numbers to a User

Can we get the ability to assign multiple phone numbers to a user without having to give account admin rights. Our users call into multiple states and it is a pain to ask the account admin to change outbound dialing number every time they call to a different state.

This sounds like having number pools where calling any number in a pool gets forwarded to the assigned phone number to the user. Right now, number pools only work for ads, maybe it should be expanded to other use cases, like offline call tracking and call forwarding. My client also has multiple phone numbers used for offline call tracking, but the only way to ring him is as an additional user on the Web app and assigning his mobile phone as the 2nd priority call forwarding option. This is not ideal. Ideally, we can forward calls from LC phones to a single LC phone, like his assigned phone number, which will use the Ring All settings assigned to that number. Right now, it's a mess. I have to leave the assigned phone empty, add the mobile number to the 2nd Priority call forwarding and set his Web app as the "ring more team members" (which is limited to 6 users per number). Even this doesn't allow ringing to Web AND Mobile. It only allows ringing to Web OR Mobile.

Assign 2nd Phone Number In Staff Profile

My client has multiple sales people with more than 1 phone number as users but currently there is only 1 slot to assign a phone number which prevents my client from being able to use Assigned Data Only because only the assigned number is then available in the user account, so we cannot assign data to users which creates a privacy risk to the the admin/employer and other users, please can we assign more than 1 phone number to a user?

Allow Multiple Phone Numbers for Users With "Assigned Data" Access

Currently for users with "assigned data only" access you can only assign one phone number for them to use. The other option is allow access to "all records" then the can outbound call from any number within the sub-account.
For any company who wants to provide a user with multiple numbers this is extremely limiting. We have reps calling different states and need local numbers for customers to pick up the phone. There are a number of other use cases but it is quite problematic.
There are two solutions:
- Allow users to be assigned multiple numbers via admin panel.
- Allow users access to all numbers without requiring access to all records.

Shared phone numbers for multiple users

Some businesses have common departments where they need to share a common email and phone number (sales, support, info, etc.). Right now, there is no way to have a number that is shared by a whole team or is shared by multiple members of a team.

Our clients ask about this constantly. Most of them come from traditional phone systems where the main line rings everyone or cascades to different people when busy. Having to give each team member a separate number feels weird to them.

I really need this to be able to move all my operation to GHL from Ring Central and to be able to expand

Pallavi Kothari Core Platform - Very similar to allowing users access to multiple phone numbers and also being able to assign multiple users multiple phone numbers.
Looks like a lot of people want similar functionality so this would put votes from 67 + 10 + 52 and total of at least 129 votes now

Pallavi Kothari Core Platform This is what I just tagged you in as well. This is big for non agency users.

Pallavi Kothari Core Platform This is big for lots of non Agency users - which is why limited feedback I would assume

Furthermore, as I've learned with my support interactions, there is currently no way to have a single number take multiple simultaneous incoming calls and have them redirect to other LC phone numbers when the first number (ie thge first office line) is busy.
We cannot redirect when busy to other LC phone numbers. Its not possible.
This is a very common office phone setup that HighgLevel currently cannot do.
If this one thing was fixed - ie allow cascading redirection when busy to a second / third / fourth etc LC phone number it effectively solves this common configuration request for big offices.
