And honestly, that’s hard to understand in 2026.
👉 What we need:
• a real inbox per domain (e.g., contact@, support@),
• the ability to receive incoming emails directly inside the platform,
• manage replies without relying on Gmail or external tools,
• receive essential emails like OTP codes, confirmations, client replies, etc.
🎯 Every business needs to:
• centralize communication,
• have a professional inbox,
• avoid stacking multiple tools.
👉 Yet we’re still forced to use external solutions (Google Workspace, Outlook…) just for this.
🤔 This feels inconsistent with an all-in-one business platform.
👉 What we expect:
A fully functional email inbox system, connected to hosted domains.
🎯 This is not a “nice-to-have” — it’s a core feature.
And it would eliminate a major dependency on external tools.
👉 So… when will this essential feature finally be available?
