Reply to Email from Agency NOT accurate or adjustable

Set up a Dedicated domain at the Agency level and set the headers to send out the Name and email sent from but the reply to email is made up by the system and it simply is not a email we have. This seems a fundamental flaw in the system it should be at least a no-reply if you cant change it at all. that is what support has told me it is not changeable and obviously just makes one up.

My reply from automatically places my personal email address, even when I set the reply on the automation to my business email.
