High Level needs to have email validation built into their system so that emails that were once marked as valid stay valid. We have issues now where our clients emails will function fine then all of a sudden be marked as invalid when they are infact valid, thus creating workflow issues, communications breakdowns, etc. This is a service that should be included in the offering of high level and not outsourced to a third party. We rely on high level for functionality and automations but when the automations fail and we have to double check all emails for functionality that is a huge time sucker.
