I’ve already set up the dedicated domain, but the email used for sending emails is unable to receive replies, and those responses don’t appear under the conversation tab.
And with the new Domain resell feature, this is a must. We don't have dedicated inbox for our main domains and official email adresses.

I think it's absolutely ridiculous that a CRM like GHL can't receive a NEW LEAD through email and it incorporate into the system. That the NEW LEAD has to be added into GHL to be able before being able to receive emails into the conversation tab. Insta message comes in no problem but not email and I'm told it won't. How can I get new leads if they are going to not come through to my CRM???

Yes! We purchased a domain through GHL. Currently, there is no option to create an email address with an inbox and folders directly within GHL. This makes using GHL as our domain provider impractical for us. Please prioritize adding this feature—it would provide significant value.

This. A built in e-mail inbox is absolutely necessary. I want High Level as a all-in-one communication tool. How so, when inbound mails aren't there?
