Dedicated IP at Agency Level for all sub accounts
T
Tristan Martin
Within 3 months the LC IP address for Mailgun emails has been blacklisted twice
This is causing transactional emails to go to spam or not even send.
Not everyone sends enough emails to need a dedicated IP
It would be good if as an Agency we could buy a dedicated IP, that we can share between our subaccounts.
That way we can manage the reputation of that IP. Keep it off blacklists, and deal with individuals who might be causing it to go on a blacklist

Shaun Clark We really need this option. This will solve many of the problems with email deliverability.
Today we started to get emails blocked out of the blue.
We really need a way to improve this for our clients will keep preferring solutions like beehive.
It is hard to explain this to them, and there is no and not have a way to provide them with a solution.
4.7.650 The mail server [159.135.225.169] has been temporarily rate limited due to IP reputation. The emails sent appeared to have bounced. It looks like one of our shared IPs is getting blocked suddenly.
The question is...
What can I do to solve this issue?
As an agency, I can't buy a dedicated IP address, and my client can't buy a dedicated IP address as the account doesn't send more than 100k emails monthly.
All my DNS records are on point. The dedicated subdomain is appropriately set up, and we properly warmed up the account.
I am attaching evidence of the proper warm-up with stellar results for deliverability and a second image of a campaign failing for these providers, same database a day later
We are at a dead end here...
Directly from the article and support:
Sub-location: Accounts with a total contact count exceeding 100,000 or those that have sent more than 200,000 emails in the last 30 days, and belong to an agency type created within the last 30 days, are eligible to acquire the IP.

Carlos Granada Ah gotcha this is a limit from MailGun, but I just signed an agreement with ARIN so we can buy our own so we will be removing this limit soon!

Shaun Clark Thank you for taking the time to answer.
Waiting for it.
I think that will empowers us to offer a service with the same level of deliverability on the level of beehiive / Convert Kit

The dedicated IP is great for high volume but for low volume users it would be way better to have agency dedicated IP.
I would love this feature as it would allow me to eliminate mailgun and be 100% LC with all the features within LC.
It seems possible since HL has a master dedicated IP for all accounts in HL via LC (which may be why they get blacklisted by naughty spammers) and the agency can set a master domain account that all sub-accounts pull from unless changed by the agency. It just makes sense to allow agencies to have a dedicated IP in LC and allow sub account dedicated IPs.
