Dedicated email domain assignment for specific workflows

The way the dedicated domain assignment works right now is that, if you have 2 domains and 2 workflows, the communication load will be split in a round robin fashion between the two, and we don't yet have an option to specify a domain to be used in the workflow's settings. This would be great to have in the near future, so that we can decide in which workflow, which email domain is used.

100% - I'm so glad you made this suggestion. I just ran into an issue with a client as a result of this limitation.
Many companies use a variety of domains to market to different audience segments while preserving their primary domain for core business communications like client onboarding, support, and invoicing. This approach helps protect domain reputation and deliverability for essential messages by isolating marketing traffic on separate domains.
Additionally, organizations often select domain names that align with the specific products or services being promoted. This not only strengthens brand alignment but also boosts engagement and credibility with leads by making communications feel more tailored and relevant.
For these reasons, the ability to assign a specific email domain to a workflow is essential, not only for campaign clarity and strategy, but also for the successful warm-up and reputation management of newly purchased domains used in email marketing.

Hi Lisa Padilla - I spoke to a developer last year about this, who said it would be fixed by Christmas, I gave up in the end. The default dedicated domain broke everything for me, and I do not understand how this setting benefits anyone.
