Allow Workflow Emails to Send from Any User's Synced Email (2WS Support)

Right now, workflows can only send emails from addresses added to Email Services (SMTP). We need the ability to send emails from any user’s connected 2-way synced inbox (e.g., Outlook or Gmail) directly from the workflow builder.

Use case:

I’m building a multi-persona system (AI bots as users), each with their own inbox
Conversations work fine using 2-way sync
But I can’t send workflow emails from these users unless I manually set up SMTP for each, which breaks global config
Other CRMs (like HubSpot) allow user-linked emails in workflows—GHL should too

Please support user-linked 2WS identities as valid workflow senders.

This unlocks the next stage of user identity management in GHL.
We're already able to send and receive from synced emails in Conversations—why not extend that logic into workflows? This allows for persona-driven automation, modular AI assistant setups, and human override flexibility without relying on shared SMTP.
GHL is already halfway there. This bridges the gap.
