We need the ability to edit invoice payment dates after an invoice has been created and sent because there are situations where payment scheduling needs flexibility. For example, when dealing with large payment amounts, rescheduling is sometimes necessary to align with specific financial timelines. Currently, the only way to address this is by voiding the payment, which requires issuing a refund. This process is not only time-consuming but also incurs additional fees, resulting in a financial loss on the initial payment.
Having the option to adjust the scheduled payment date would streamline our workflow, eliminate unnecessary refund costs, and provide greater convenience for both our team and our clients. It’s a simple change that would save time, reduce fees, and improve overall efficiency.
