URGENT: Invoice for Paid in Full Calendar Payments

At present, invoices are created for part payment, not showing balance due. In australia we have to provide a tax invoice for every purchase. It is too cumbersome to work out what invoices are created through part payment vs the ones that need to be created and allocate a payment to. This should be an EASY change to send out all invoices for Calendar Payments.

I would add to this, please have the system create a Draft Invoice when no deposit or payment has been made, either when the appointment is booked or the appointment is marked as Attended.
