Description:

Currently, invoices and estimates in HighLevel display the price of each item in detail. However, in many business scenarios, clients should not see the individual cost per item, since this often leads them to question or remove necessary items from the invoice.

Proposal:

Add an option in the invoice/estimate settings that allows users to:

Hide item prices.

Display only the item descriptions and the total amount at the bottom.

Benefits:

Prevents clients from breaking down and removing essential items.

Protects the company’s pricing strategy.

Provides more flexibility in how proposals and invoices are presented.

Aligns HighLevel with billing practices already common in other CRMs and accounting platforms.
