It would be highly beneficial to have an option in the invoicing module that allows users to hide individual line items and instead display a single description along with the total amount.
Benefits:
Greater invoicing flexibility – Some businesses need to include internal costs or break down a service into multiple components but prefer to present a simplified summary to the client.
Cleaner and more professional invoices – Helps create more concise and client-friendly invoices.
Better control over information – Allows certain internal costs to remain hidden while ensuring accurate calculations.
Suggested Functionality:
A "Hide Line Item Details" toggle when creating an invoice.
A customizable text field where users can input a single visible description.
The total amount should still be calculated based on all added items but only display a final description in the PDF or client view.
