Agree. In fact what is produced at the moment is just weird. As a service supplier, we don't want to list the hours worked (on quotes and invoices) just a figure for the services provided, but we cant. In fact, there is no "template" because, basically, you cant change anything. Given you have such a reasonable documents and contracts writer, why cant we do the same on invoices & Estimates?
