Ability to print invoices, estimates, documents directly

The ability to print invoices and estimates directly from GHL without having to copy a link, open a new tab, then print page. All of this seems basic in other similar software. Not sure why the ability is only to send sms + email and not be able to print.

Much needed - and if your invoice has lots of line items its almost impossible to get proper print formatting. PDF gets cut off etc.

Highly agree! This is a feature that has been requested from many of our Field Service Companies and have threatened to leave if we don't have it. A work around is to copy the link then print it from the link but it should be as easy as the download option presented under invoices. Let's get this bumped up and added as a new feature soon!

Yes, this functionality is very important and basic, without a doubt.

This feature is desperately needed for B2B workflows. Many corporate clients require PDF estimates for procurement processes, internal approvals, and record-keeping. The current workaround of browser print-to-PDF is unprofessional and creates inconsistent formatting. A native PDF download button (accessible to both agency and client) would be a game-changer for professional service providers and anyone dealing with enterprise clients. Please prioritize this!

This functionality is critical to being able to send quotes to customers who don't have easy access to digital links or who need the document for internal offline approvals. Currently the only option is to print as PDF from the browser, which is neither professional nor efficient. Please prioritize this ASAP function - it's essential for agencies that handle corporate clients and traditional approval processes.

100% essential. One of my clients has optional extras that may need discussion. Not everyone accepts the first estimate / quote so it's a starting document that may need to be amended before acceptance and invoicing. The current system of sending out with a link for acceptance just isn't workable for many of my clients.
