Either discount 100% or simply send $0 invoices but system doesn't allow it

I've done charity work and can't send a $0 invoice to them, it is an odd amount because you can only discount 99.99%. Have also done some pre-marketing services for a client prior to them signing on formally and want to send a $0 invoice to show value delivered! PLEASE FIX THIS! I have invoices sitting out there for $0.06 and $0.09 cents because you can't discount 100% or send $0.

I remember utility bills used to have a discount for paying early/on time - have often thought this would be great feature for an invoicing tool.
Decide how much you want to be paid and add a percentage, e.g. you want to make $100/hr, but you tell people your rate is $120/hr:
- If people pay on time they're paying the amount you want.
- If they pay late, they are paying a penalty fee without you having to point to terms and conditions about late payment fees.
So you're encouraging people to pay on time, and if they don't they're penalised wth a late fee without calling it that.
