CuStOm Fields dont work

- Custom fields dont work on invoice notification email.
- need the ability to turn off the default email that goes out. (yes i know you can make your own template, but it still does not pull custom fields in)
ie
you might want to add Thanks for booking X room for X hours
Or thanks for buying our X service
Or here are your invoice details we will meet again on X

What do you mean custom fields do not work? Can you elaborate with more detial or an example? Just asking because we pull custom fields into our email templates without any issues.
