I don't understand why ecommerce customers can't receive an automatic invoice through a workflow. The automatic payment receipts are not sufficient. They can't be send to bookkeeping software and even disappear after a while (link doesn't work anymore) from conversations with the end-customers.
We need automatic invoices for our variable purchases. When there are 1000's of products in an ecommerce store we can't create invoice templates for each combination of products bought. It's so weird. Maybe I am missing something? Customer service (after numerous attempts) told me this functionality doesn't exist yet and send me here.
I know we can download transactions but some bookkeepers/ accounting software work with actual invoices.
