Allow Edit of Description of Recurring Invoices

For invoices there are two options--one time or recurring. You can set the recurring to every 3 months--quarterly-- but the invoice still says "monthly". This confuses the client and gets the invoice kicked back from their accounting department.
Instead, we have to bill our clients manually each quarter. But on the manual invoice, it says "One Time" even though we have a recurring contract with the customer.
Seems like this could be easily fixed. Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annually, Annually based on the number of months selected between invoices.
