Add Toggle to Block Outgoing/Variable Usage (SMS, Calls, AI) Without Affecting Fixed Subscriptions

Hi GHL Team and fellow Agency Owners,
I need a feature to stop variable wallet consumption for specific clients without breaking their fixed monthly costs.
Some clients pay their base CRM rent but cannot afford or don't want to pay for variable usage (outgoing SMS, outgoing calls, WhatsApp messages, Premium Workflows, Content AI).
If we simply let their wallet run out or restrict the entire billing, it breaks their fixed recurring costs (like the monthly phone number rental or the WhatsApp base subscription) which must be processed. Currently, the only way to stop them from draining the Agency Wallet with outgoing campaigns or AI is to log into their account and manually disable every single feature one by one.
Please add a "Pause Variable/Outgoing Consumption" toggle in the Agency Dashboard under Sub-Account settings.
When activated, this toggle should:
Block all outgoing SMS, Outgoing Calls, and WhatsApp messages.
Block Premium Workflow Actions and Content AI usage.
Allow the CRM to function normally for manual management.
Allow fixed subscription renewals (like monthly phone line fees) to process normally from the wallet.
A simple switch to turn off "Pay-per-use" features would save Agency Owners from absorbing unwanted costs while keeping the client's core system and recurring phone lines active. Please upvote!
