The current invoice notifications are set where we have to send them to the customer via email and text every time.
Many clients, especially when those are triggered off hours late at night or in the morning, do not want those notifications via SMS. Sometimes, they get irate over them.
Right now we are forced to have both options enabled.
We need the control to enable email or SMS or both if we choose. This would make the system more usable versus workarounds like setting the DND for SMS for clients or removing their phone number all together so they won't get the notifications.
Also, the default templates need to be cleaned up. The language is strange how things are worded as is the grammar.
