IT is very urgent to integrate VAT rules of EU ... for EU companies it is a disaster then this is not integrated in gohigh. as a eu vat registered company you do not charge vat to other EU companies with a vat number ...but you do add vat if you invoice to private persons ... now if you invoice from eu company to a company outside the eu, you are not adding vat ... gohigh really urgently needs to update this !! For this an agency will always need to ask (in the forms used when you pay for a product) if the customer has a vat number in EU to make sure VAT is not applied and correct invoice is not added ... if the customer is a EU citizen, then VAT applies ...
