It would be incredibly useful to have an option for the use of a coupon to be a trigger for workflow automations.

Especially as it relates to tagging and sending a customized follow up sequence to individuals we know responded to the use of certain coupon-based special offers etc.

It would be great to be able to use the details of whether a coupon code was used in automations. eg. If 'x' coupon code was used then...

Would like tbe ability to track/filter through an automation when someone uses a coupon code at checkout during payment form. For example, if payment or order form includes X coupon, then ABD...At the moment there's no straightforward way to track if someone used a coupon and the ability to tag them or update the lead value based on the coupon they used.

It would be great to be able to tag someone that has used a coupon code. There's not much functionality in the Automations for coupon code. Need a trigger, and an if/else condition.

The new ability to sell products with a 100% coupon but not require a credit card to be entered is nice, however we are unable to trigger workflows if a credit card is not entered. A workaround technically exists by using a standard form instead of an order form and embedding the product widget, however that then requires the user to enter a credit card even after using the coupon code. We need to be able to trigger workflows even if a credit card isn't entered.

Be able to check whether or not a coupon was used at checkout in conditional logic

I would like to see coupons more integrated into workflows, specifically as an if/else condition or a workflow trigger. If a coupon reaches its redemption limit (ex. 5 free scholarships to a product), I'd like to be able to offer an alternative for people who missed out (ex. a 50% scholarship) as a consolation prize to improve conversion rates.
