Sales & Marketing: Great news! Please ensure to include the following:
+ Name and address of the business providing the service (issuer of the invoice)
+ Name and address of the recipient of the service (invoice recipient/customer)
+ Tax or VAT identification number
+ Invoice date
+ Consecutive invoice number (This is a must to comply with the German Tax authorities)
+ Description (quantity and type) of the goods supplied or the scope and type of the service provided of the service
+ Date of delivery or service!
+ Net invoice amount (without turnover tax, e.g. 100.00 Euro) separated according to tax rates and Tax exemptions
+ Applicable tax rate (e.g. 19%) as well as the tax amount (e.g. 19.00 Euro) or, in the case of a tax exemption, indication of an exemption.
+ Tax exemption reference to exemption regulation
+ Any reduction of payment agreed in advance (e.g. cash discount).

I thought this was not done automatically. My client just asked for this and I told her that I automatically receive receipts from GHL for every purchase. This should be automatic for everyone!
