I work with ecommerce, and I was sad to see there wasn't any integration with any Product Information Management (PIM) software on HighLevel. If I have my whole system using HighLevel and communicating to my Tech Stack, it would make sense to me to be able to integrate into whatever PIM I'm currently using. I know that there are an absolute ton of options for PIM's out there, but just the basic ability to manage my products optimally is what I'm looking for.

It would be great to include an inventory system for parts used to offer services, as is the case of an auto shop, where the service may be air conditioning repair, but in order to provide that service the shop owner has to know which parts are used in the process, how many are in stock and how much each one costs. So that as they are used, they are discounted from the stock. This would help a lot because it allows us to know what the profit is when offering service X with a certain price, in which Y and Z parts with a certain cost were used.

Yohani .... while your request seems like a good idea to you, it would be a bad idea for HL and that would make it bad for you. I grew up in the automotive/heavy duty world and have worked for 5 software companies over 35+ years .... ADP Dealer Services 1985 (now CDK), Rinfo, then Karmak 1990-2000, PBS & DSI Solutions (current).
These DMS (Dealer Mgt Systems) are designed for inventory and labor tracking. You would need price files. the ability to do stock orders and emergency PO's, look-up labor time guides and and have some "core" controls to manage things like batteries, brake shoes, alternators, etc .. that use "cores".
I highly suggest you stay out of that business and instead, focus on the marketing side and use HL for that and stay out of the auto parts & labor tracking business.

Glenn Wasserman Thank you for your insight — I truly appreciate you sharing your experience in the automotive and DMS space. I completely understand your point, and I agree that a full inventory and labor management system like those you mentioned is complex and belongs to specialized platforms.
That said, my suggestion wasn’t intended to replicate a full DMS. It comes from repeated requests I’ve received from multiple clients within my agency. Interestingly, these requests are not limited to the automotive industry — I’ve heard similar needs from clients in other service-based businesses as well.
From my perspective, the underlying need is more about having basic visibility into costs and simple inventory usage tied to services, rather than building a full-scale inventory or parts management system.
I completely understand the risks of going too deep into that space, and I agree that HL’s strength is in marketing and automation. I was simply sharing feedback based on real client demand that I’ve observed across different industries.

You are asking HighLevel to replicate a full-feature inventory management system of which there are already many on the market...
