Manually Add/Remove Coupon Codes from Existing Subscriptions

It is common practice to offer discount codes to existing subscription customers (to either reduce churn, in case of hardship, or of many other reasons).
To do this now, we have to go into Stripe and manually edit their subscription.
We would like to be able to add and remove coupon codes on existing subscription product customers (any subscription product - not just W/L HL customers).

This would be amazing! I'm trying to build an affiliate program where if a customer refers a new customer I give them a one time discount for each customer. There's currently no easy way to do this since the customer is already on a subscription. It would be great to just apply a coupon to their next upcoming recurring invoice. In my particular case I would like to be able to do it to the SAAS configurator. Apply the one time discount there and not have to remember to go back and change the price back after the payment clears.
