Lets be even more specific with the payments tab.

Some users need access to Invoices and Estimates, others dont. Some users should be able to send invoices but not create products.

Documents and Contracts - some users need docs/Contracts but not invoices and estimate access. Some users should be able to see some templates but not all templates. Users should be able to see their contracts they are sending but not contracts other users are seeing. They should also be able to have the ability to be the sender of the contract but not actually signing the contract (say the owner of the business signs) but they still can see the contracts they sent and where they are at but not other users sent contracts.

For example - I need users to have access to Docs/Contracts but nothing else in Payments tab.

Orders/Subscriptions - need granular based on users

Payment Links - again some users need access but not all.

Coupons - again only some users should have access.

Be very granular in this area, it has to do with Contracts and Money. Two more sensitive parts of every business.
