Would be great to have the abilty to have promos or apply coupons such as Buy 2 products/services get the 3rd for Free or 3rd for 50% off. Most stores/websites/e-commerce stores usually take the % of the product or service with the lowest price. If user can specify variables number of x,y,z to create more custom deals and coupons.

Coupon Criteria

Can we add a feature in the coupon that the coupons cannot be redeemed if a criteria is not met? For example, for a purchase of $150, a $30 coupon can be applied. However, if the purchase has not met the the $150 in the cart, the coupon cannot be applied.

👉 Payments -> Automate Discounts & BOGO Offers 💰🛍

We need to be able to automate volume discounts, BOGO offers in form payments, order forms, payment links, and all other checkout options.
So we could apply logic on products used in both Stores and Funnels for when a customer buys multiple items of the same type OR gets a buy 23 get 1 free offer, the system would apply a certain discount (% or £ value) without them having to use a coupon code.
This is mandatory for all retail businesses so please have this looked into on priority.

Multiple Item Discount/ Coupons

Would be great to be able to create coupons for multiple items. For example, when you buy widget A and widget B - 20% off. This will help a lot for product and service based business. PLease vote!

Minimum purchase amount or quantity for coupons.

The ability to select a minimum they need to purchase in order for a coupon code to work. For instance, being able to set as a rule in the coupon that unless they purchase at least 2 they can't get the discount. In this example, the coupon will only apply when purchasing 2 or more.

I agree with this one. Great for $10 off if you spend $100.

Being able to do a quantity discount based on a volume of products is essential for me to use the store. For example 250+ units = $5.00 per unit, 1000 - 1999 units = $4.50 per unit, 2000 -2999 units = $4 per unit. This also requires the quantity to go beyond 999.

Hi! Any updates on this? I believe this would be a really valuable feature now that the Store is fully rolled out inside GHL.
Being able to set criteria that prevent coupons from being applied unless the minimum purchase amount is met would help avoid errors, protect revenue, and ensure smoother checkout logic. For example, if the rule says “Spend $150 to redeem $30 off,” the system should automatically block the coupon from applying if the cart total hasn’t reached $150.
Just checking in because this kind of validation would make promotions much easier and more reliable for users. 😊

Hi GHL Support, just following up on this thread. Is it possible to add a condition to coupons so they can only be applied when a specific purchase amount is met? Any update on whether this feature can be implemented would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
