Currently, gift cards in GoHighLevel work well for online checkout, where the balance is automatically deducted. However, there is no way to handle partial or full redemptions made in person (for example, at a restaurant or physical location).

If a customer redeems part of a gift card on-site by showing the code, the amount used is not deducted from the original balance in the backend. As a result, the same gift card code can still be reused online.

It would be extremely helpful to have backend controls that allow:

=> Manually deducting a specific amount from a gift card balance

=> Disabling a gift card at any time (to prevent further use)

This would give businesses better control, prevent misuse, and make gift cards practical for both online and offline use cases.
