When using the "Collect Payment" element in the form builder (including the Donation Amount / open payment option), the resulting receipt and tax invoice always display the line item name as the generic "Payment," with no setting available to customize this label. For use cases like donation forms, businesses need the receipt to explicitly say "Donation" (or another custom label) rather than "Payment," both for donor clarity and tax/compliance purposes. We'd love the ability to edit or customize this line item label directly within the Collect Payment element settings. Confirmed with support that this isn't currently possible and hasn't yet been logged as a feature request.
